Spinach, Kiwi and Parsley smoothie

Ingredients for 4 serves in 20 minutes

spinach, raw 1.0 bunch
kiwifruit 2.0 piece
apples, raw, with skin 1.0 piece
parsley leaves, raw 0.5 bunch
water 1.0 cup
lemons, raw, without peel 0.5 piece
honey 1.0 teaspoon
nuts, hazelnuts 10.0 piece

You may namie it as formula for beauty and youth. Green vegetables and fruits are great source of vitamins and antioxidants which help to support our immune system.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Wash all fruits and vegetables, rinse them, then remove peels and seeds. Chop down to small pieces.
  2. Squeeze juice out of half of the lemon.
  3. Crack and remove the shell from hazelnuts.
  4. Put all ingredients into blender, and blend untill smooth.
