Ingredients for 2 serves in 20 minutes

spinach, raw 1.0 bunch
cucumber, with peel, raw 1.0 piece
apples, raw, with skin 1.0 piece
limes, raw 0.5 piece
mint leaves 4.0 piece
water 0.5 cup

An smoothie ideal to hydrate in hot summer days.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Peel off the cucumber and chop, same with apple - remove seeds. Squeeze the juice from lime or lemon.
  2. Add all other ingerdietns and blend to get smooth coctail.
  3. Cool down in freezer.
