Ingredients for 2 serves in 60 minutes

water 150.0 mililiters
yogurt, plain, whole milk 150.0 mililiters
flax seeds, raw 1.0 tablespoon
oat flakes 1.0 tablespoon
plums, dried (prunes), uncooked 5.0 piece

A cocktail based on dried plums claims to be a miraculous slimming mixture. Its properties mean that it cleanses the intestines effectively and quickly, which helps you lose weight.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Pour hot water over the plums and set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Put the water and the plums into the blender. Add yogurt, flex-seeds and oat flakes. You can season it with a tiny bit of cinamon.
  3. Put for at least 30 minutes into refrigerator.
  4. Enjoy your healthy smoothie (if you are not used to dried plums limit to one glass a day)!
