Ingredients for 5 serves in 120 minutes

carrots, raw 4.0 piece
celery, raw 0.5 piece
onions, raw 3.0 piece
leek, bulb and lower leaf-portion, raw 250.0 gram
garlic, raw 5.0 clove
black pepper, peppercorns, dried 1.0 teaspoon
spices, bay leaf 2.0 piece
tomatoes, sun-dried 0.25 cup
parsley leaves, raw 1.0 bunch
water 2.0 liter
spices, thyme fresh 1.0 tablespoon

A simple stock, that will have deep flavor, without addition of salt, just by using high quality ingredients.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Wash and peel fresh ingredients, chop the large ones into smaller parts.
  2. Add all ingredients into stockpot, and bring it to boil. When it starts to boil, lower the heat and let it simmer uncovered for one hour.
  3. Let it cool for 20 minutes and pour it to another pot through fine mesh strainer.
  4. It is ready to use, if you want you can chill or freeze it for later use.
