egg, whole, raw, fresh 5.0 piece
butter, salted 1.0 tablespoon
salt 2.0 gram
chives, raw 1.0 bunch
black pepper, peppercorns, dried 1.0 gram

Classic, quick and easy breakfast that will provide you a lot of energy for the day.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl, add a little bit of pepper and salt to taste, then beat with fork.
  2. Heat the butter in non stic pan on medium heat.
  3. Chop the chieves into desired size pieces.
  4. Pour the eggs on the pan and stir with wooden spoon.
  5. When the eggs are starting to set, add chopped chieves, stir few times and take off the heat.
  6. Get some fresh bread and enjoy your meal.
