Raw Zucchini salad

Ingredients for 4 serves in 10 minutes

squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin, raw 3.0 piece
oil, olive 3.0 tablespoon
juice, lemon, raw 1.0 tablespoon
honey 1.0 tablespoon
garlic, raw 1.0 clove
salt 1.0 gram
black pepper, peppercorns, dried 1.0 gram

Early zucchini is deilcate, sweet and juicy. It's great snack, and you can use it to prepare simple and very tasty salad. It will work great with barbecue prepared meat meals.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Wash the zucchini, if it is young leave the peel, in older ones peel off the skin. Grate on large mesh.
  2. Mix olive oil with lemon juice and honey, add crushed garlic and season with a little bit of freshly grounded pepper and salt.
  3. Mix the sauce with grated zucchini, and it is ready to serve.
