Ingredients for 2 serves in 15 minutes

bananas, raw 1.0 piece
lemons, raw, without peel 1.0 piece
ice cubes 1.5 cup
water 1.0 cup
coconut water, unsweetened 1.0 cup

A smoothie, that will help in both replacing fluids lost during workout and providing a lot of energy.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Peel off the lemon, cut the pulp (remove white films).
  2. Peel off the banana.
  3. Add coconut water, water and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
