Ingredients for 2 serves in 15 minutes

pomegranates, raw 1.0 piece
bananas, raw 1.0 piece
water 0.5 glass

Very energetic smoothie with a lot of nutrients.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Extract pomegranates seems and put into blender.
  2. Peel the banana, cut into smaller pieces and put into blender.
  3. Add water and blend until smooth.
  4. You can pour it through medium sized mesh to remove the pomegranates seeds. Enjoy!
