Plum and pear smoothie

Ingredients for 2 serves in 15 minutes

plum, raw 10.0 piece
pear, raw 1.0 piece
water 1.0 glass
sunflower seeds, plain, unsalted 1.0 tablespoon
honey 1.0 tablespoon

This simple, yet tasty and energizing smoothie is an essence of autumn flavours.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Soak sunflower seeds in water.
  2. Wash pears, cut in quaters, discard the seeds.
  3. Wash the plums, cut in half and remove the pits.
  4. Put all previously prepared ingredients into blender, add honey and mix until smooth.
  5. Enjoy the autumn flavours!
