Plum and banana smoothie

Ingredients for 2 serves in 15 minutes

plum, raw 10.0 piece
bananas, raw 1.0 piece
milk, whole 1.0 glass
honey 1.0 tablespoon
oat flakes 2.0 tablespoon

Sweet creamy and energizing smoothie.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Peel the banana, cut in smaller pieces and put into blender.
  2. Wash the plums, cut in halfs, remove the pits and put into blender.
  3. Add milk, honey and oat flakes.
  4. Mix untill smooth, and let stay in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
