Orange and parsley smoothie

Ingredients for 2 serves in 10 minutes

orange, raw 4.0 piece
parsley leaves, raw 1.0 bunch
honey 2.0 tablespoon

This simple recipe can be also used as marinate for fish. You can chill the oranges in refrigerator and it will be great drink for hot summer days.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Wash the oranges.
  2. Wipe off the skins, then cut them off. Use the knife to separate the pulp from white films (that have bitter flavor). Put the orange pulp into blender.
  3. Add washed parsley leaves and honey.
  4. Blend until smooth, pour into glasses and sprinkle with orange skin wiped in second step.
