Ingredients for 2 serves in 15 minutes

pomegranates, raw 0.5 piece
orange, raw 2.0 piece
bananas, raw 1.0 piece
apples, raw, without skin 1.0 piece
milk, whole 1.0 glass

Tasty and healthy cocktail made from pomegranade, orange, apple and banana.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Peel the oranges, bananas and apples. Cut the top off the pomegranate, cut it into halfs and remove the seeds from one.
  2. Put the oranges divided into pieces into the blender and the banana cut into smaller pieces, sliced apple and add pomegranate seeds (along with the juice if it starts to squeeze out).
  3. Pour glass of milk and mix until smooth. Enjoy!
