Ingredients for 4 serves in 20 minutes

honeydew melon, raw 800.0 gram
celery, raw 50.0 gram
kiwifruit 3.0 piece
water 2.0 glass
ice cubes 5.0 piece

A refreshing smoothie with a lot of nutrients.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Pell off the melon and remove its seeds. Cut into smaller pieces.
  2. Pell off the kiwifruit and chop in smaller parts.
  3. Wash one celery stick and cut into smaller parts.
  4. Put all ingredients into blender, mix, and enjoy your refreshing drink.
