Ingredients for 2 serves in 30 minutes

lettuce, radicchio, raw 1.0 glass
lettuce, endive, raw 1.0 glass
lettuce, cornsalad, raw 1.0 glass
oil, olive 0.5 glass
spices, herbs of Provence 1.0 teaspoon
mustard 1.0 teaspoon
juice, lemon, raw 1.0 tablespoon
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1.0 piece
radish, raw 4.0 piece
corn, sweet, yellow, canned, whole kernel, drained 125.0 gram
egg, whole, cooked, hard-boiled 3.0 piece

Tasty and healthy salad that may be used as a breakfast or additive to dinner.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Wash the greens, rinse on a sieve and chop into medium sized parts.
  2. Peel the tomato (the skin goes of easier after pouring with hot water), remove the hard parts and cut into smaller parts.
  3. Cut the raddishes into thin slices.
  4. Drain the corn seeds.
  5. Remove shells from the eggs and cut them into smaller pieces.
  6. Prepare the sauce: mix olive, herbs de provence, freshly squeezed lemon juice and mustard. Mix aggresively for minute or two in separate glass.
  7. Mix all the ingredients into large bowl. Pour with the sauce just before eating.
