mangos, raw 1.0 piece
bananas, raw 1.0 piece
kiwifruit 2.0 piece
honey 1.0 tablespoon
juice, lemon, raw 1.0 tablespoon
water 1.0 glass
ice cubes 4.0 piece

Healthy and tasty smoothie ideal for hot summer days.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Peel mango, banana and kiwifruit. Remove the seed from mango.
  2. Chop the fruits into smaller parts, and put into blender.
  3. Add honey, lemon juice, water and ice cubes.
  4. Blend and enjoy your delicious smoothie.
