Ingredients for 4 serves in 20 minutes

mangos, raw 1.0 piece
limes, raw 2.0 piece
water 1.0 cup
honey 1.0 tablespoon
ice cubes 5.0 piece
mint leaves 8.0 piece

A refreshing smoothie full of nutrients will be great for hot days.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Squeeze the juice out of limes, peel of the mango, remove the seed and cut in slices.
  2. Put all ingredients into blender and turn it to blend it smoothly.
  3. After pouring into glasses you can decorate it with a few mint leaves.
