Green ginger smoothie

Ingredients for 4 serves in 20 minutes

water 2.0 cup
spinach, raw 1.0 bunch
apples, raw, with skin 1.0 piece
avocado fruit, raw 0.5 piece
limes, raw 0.5 piece
kiwifruit 2.0 piece
mint leaves 3.0 piece
ginger root, raw 10.0 gram

A smoothie with a lot of vitamins for good start of a day.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Peel out and remove seeds both from apple and avocado, peel out kiwifruit and ginger root. Add spinach and mint leaves.
  2. Squeeze juice from half of the lime and add to other ingredients.
  3. Blend for smooth coctail.
