Green Fruits smoothie

Ingredients for 4 serves in 15 minutes

apples, raw, with skin 2.0 piece
kiwifruit 3.0 piece
limes, raw 2.0 piece
water 1.0 glass
ice cubes 5.0 piece
honey 1.0 tablespoon

Refreshing smoothie made from green apples, kiwifruit and limes will be good as a starter for hot summer days.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Peel green apples (I usually use Golden Delicious), remove the seeds and chop into smaller pieces.
  2. Peel the limes, remove seeds and white films (which can give bitter taste), and chop into small parts.
  3. Peel kiwifruits, cut in quaters and put into blender with previous ingredients.
  4. Add honey, water and ice cubes.
  5. Mix until smooth, it tastes best after hour or two (kept in refrigerator).
