Ingredients for 4 serves in 10 minutes

yogurt, plain, whole milk 2.0 tablespoon
mayonnaise, regular 1.0 tablespoon
juice, lemon, raw 1.0 tablespoon
black pepper, peppercorns, dried 1.0 gram
salt 0.5 gram
sugar, white, granulated or lump 2.0 teaspoon
garlic, raw 1.0 clove

Quick and easy sauce will work best with grilled meat, steaks and you home made pizzas.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Peel the garlic and wring out the garlic.
  2. Stone the pepper, and add it to crushed garlic.
  3. Add yogurt, mayonaise and lemon juice. Season with a tiny bit of salt.
