Cucumber ice creams

Ingredients for 4 serves in 120 minutes

cucumber, with peel, raw 3.0 piece
mint leaves 6.0 piece
lemons, raw, without peel 1.0 piece
honey 1.0 tablespoon
water, carbonated, unsweetened 0.5 glass

Those delicious ice creams will work great as a dessert after light summer dinner.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Wash cucumbers and peel them, put into a bowl.
  2. Add water, honey, mint leaves, juice squeezed from the lemon. Blend it until everything is well connected.
  3. Put the bowl into the freezer, after an hour, when the ice creams start to set put them into forms.
