Burger sauce

Ingredients for 4 serves in 15 minutes

cucumber, fermented 1.0 piece
mayonnaise, regular 3.0 tablespoon
vinegar, distilled 0.3 teaspoon
onions, raw 1.0 teaspoon
sugar, white, granulated or lump 1.0 teaspoon
mustard 1.0 teaspoon
spices, garlic powder 0.1 gram

A great sauce that will taste great with different types of burgers.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Cut the cucumber into very small cubes. Put it into a bowl along with juice that came out of cucumbers during cutting process. I prefer fremented cucumbers, but you can use pickles.
  2. Add a teaspoon of sugar.
  3. Cut the onion into very small cubes and add to the bowl.
  4. Add flat teaspoon of spicy moustard.
  5. Add a tiny bit of vinegar. And a little bit of garlic powder (the amount on a tip of the knife will be fine)
  6. Add mayonaise and mix all ingredients.
  7. Let it set in cold place for at least one hour. Mix again before putting on burger. Enjoy!
