Broccoli cream soup

Ingredients for 6 serves in 50 minutes

broth, vegetable, bouillon 750.0 mililiters
broccoli, raw 2.0 piece
onions, raw 2.0 piece
garlic, raw 3.0 clove
butter, without salt 3.0 tablespoon
salt 0.5 teaspoon
black pepper, peppercorns, dried 0.5 teaspoon

Easy,yet tasty soup that provide a lot of nutrients.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Peel garlic cloves and onion. Cut into smaller pieces.
  2. Put butter in a pot, set it on medium heat and add onion. Let it fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and mix well.
  4. Wash the broccoli, cut the florets of the main stem. Put into the pot with garlic and onion and mix well.
  5. Pour the broth into the pot, season with salt and pepper. let it boil for about 20 minutes.
  6. Blend it until smooth. Enjoy!
