Ingredients for 4 serves in 10 minutes

blackberries, raw 1.5 cup
bananas, raw 2.0 piece
milk, whole 2.0 cup
honey 1.0 tablespoon
ice cubes 5.0 piece

Smoothie rich in vitamins, will make a great start for upcoming day.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Wash the blackberries, then rinse on a sieve.
  2. Peel the bananas and cut into small slices.
  3. Put all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth.
  4. You can enjoy your smoothie straight out of blender, or put it into refrigerator for later.
