Ingredients for 4 serves in 10 minutes

blueberries, raw 300.0 gram
bananas, raw 1.0 piece
ice cubes 4.0 piece
milk, whole 1.0 cup

A delicious starter for a day.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Wash the blueberries, rinse on a sieve and put into blender.
  2. Peel the banana off, cut into smaller pieces and put into blender. The more ripe banana, the better.
  3. Add milk and ice. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
