Ingredients for 4 serves in 60 minutes

pumpkin, raw 1000.0 gram
oil, olive 50.0 mililiters
spices, oregano, dried 1.0 tablespoon
black pepper, peppercorns, dried 0.25 teaspoon
salt 0.25 teaspoon
spices, thyme, dried 1.0 tablespoon

A delicious snack or an aromatic addition to dinner - delicate pieces of baked pumpkin with matching composition of herbs.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Peel the pumpkin, remove seeds and cut into thick cubes. Put into ovenproof dish. Pour olive oil over, sprinkle with herbs and season with salt and freshly grounded pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly until the herbs thoroughly coat the pumpkin pieces.
  3. Place in the oven for about 50 minutes, stirring from time to time.
