Avocado Tomato and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients for 4 serves in 20 minutes

tomatoes, roma, raw 2.0 cup
cucumber, with peel, raw 1.0 piece
onions, red, raw 0.5 piece
avocado fruit, raw 2.0 piece
oil, olive 2.0 tablespoon
juice, lemon, raw 2.0 tablespoon
coriander leaves, raw 0.5 bunch
salt 0.5 teaspoon
black pepper, peppercorns, dried 1.0 teaspoon

Great classic salad made from raw, healthy foods. Rich in vitamins and minerals.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Wash the vegetables and dry them on a sieve.
  2. Peel off the avocado and remove its seed. Dice it.
  3. Slice the cucumber (don't peel it) and onion.
  4. Chop tomatoes and cintaro leaves.
  5. Place all the ingredients into a large salad bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Just before eating season it with a bit of salt and freshly grounded pepper.
