Ingredients for 16 serves in 60 minutes

pumpkin, raw 1500.0 gram
orange, raw 4.0 piece
apples, raw, without skin 1.0 piece
lemons, raw, without peel 1.0 piece
spices, cinnamon, ground 2.0 teaspoon
ginger root, raw 20.0 gram
sugar, white, granulated or lump 500.0 gram

tasty and healthy jam for the fall and winter season. With the addition of orange, it will perfectly diversify the taste of pancakes, cakes, croissants, fritters and pancakes.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Wash the pumpkin and cut it in half. Scoop out the seeds and then cut them into small pieces. Throw them into the pot.
  2. Peel the washed apple, remove the core, then chop it finely and add it to the pumpkin.
