ABC - Apple Banana Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients for 4 serves in 15 minutes

bananas, raw 1.0 piece
carrots, raw 2.0 piece
apples, raw, with skin 2.0 piece
orange, raw 4.0 piece

Very tasty smoothie especialy beloved by children.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Squeeze the juice from oranges, put into blender.
  2. Remove seeds from apples, cut into smaller pieces and put into blender.
  3. Peel the carrots, if you have powerful blender put them into, in case of less powerful ones grate the carrots. Add to the rest.
  4. Peel the banana and cut into smaller pieces.
  5. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
