Simple cauliflower salad

Ingredients for 4 serves in 25 minutes

cauliflower, raw 1.0 piece
sunflower seeds, plain, unsalted 3.0 tablespoon
egg, whole, cooked, hard-boiled 3.0 piece
chives, raw 1.0 bunch
salt 1.0 gram
black pepper, peppercorns, dried 2.0 gram
spices, curry powder 3.0 teaspoon
mayonnaise, regular 1.0 tablespoon
yogurt, plain, whole milk 1.0 tablespoon
corn, sweet, yellow, canned, whole kernel, drained 1.0 cup

Cauliflower salad is a great summer meal. Cauliflower has non intensive taste, that is why it composes great with spicy and sweet addons.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Cut cauliflower into tiny florets, then boil it for 10 minutes is lightly salted water.
  2. Drain the corn and pour with boiling water on a strainer.
  3. Cut hard-boiled eggs into cubes.
  4. Roast the sunflower seeds on dry pan.
  5. Chop the chieves finely.
  6. Place all ingredients prepared above into a bowl, pour on with sauce made by mixing yoghurt, mayonaise and curry. Mix everithing well, season with salt and freshly grounded pepper.
