Papaya, Orange and Raspberries smoothie

Ingredients for 4 serves in 25 minutes

papayas, raw 1.0 piece
orange, raw 2.0 piece
water 1.0 glass
honey 1.0 tablespoon
juice, lemon, raw 2.0 tablespoon
ice cubes 5.0 piece
raspberries, raw 10.0 piece

Nice, refreshing smoothie.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Peel off papaya and remove the seeds. Cut the pulp into smaller parts.
  2. Flush oranges with boiling water, peel it and remove white films with knife. Dice the pulp.
  3. Wash the raspberries and dry on paper towel for few minutes.
  4. Put all the ingredients into blender, and mix until smooth. Enjoy your healthy drink!
