kiwifruit 2.0 piece
apples, raw, with skin 1.0 piece
water 1.0 cup
ice cubes 4.0 piece

Simple recipe for healthy smoothie.

Instructions how to prepare

  1. Peel the kiwi off, cut in slices. Peel off sweet apple and remove seeds, then cut in slices.
  2. Add all ingredients into blender, and blend until it is smooth.
